Cancellation Policy
Cancelling your order
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Please note that some orders cannot be stopped from shipping out of our warehouse even though they may not have physically left the premises or tracking # has not been issued / updated. In these rare instances, the customer will be responsible for whatever shipping charges are incurred. While we cannot always cancel an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Return Policy once your order has been delivered to you.
Orders of any standard size dress marked as Made-To-Order on our website, if canceled for any reason by the customer after 24 hours of placing such order, shall be charged 50% of dress original cost (irrespective of any discount provided on order) as a cancellation fee.
Orders of Made-To-Order dress in custom size and Custom Made Dress are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
Jewelclues Support can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns policy will take effect. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any canceled orders.
PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations requests should be sent via email to hello@jewelclues.com and will be approved as applicable and/or a service representative may contact you if order can not be canceled. Please provide your Order # starting with JC in all emails in the subject line.
Customers are fully responsible for improperly submitted cancellations.
