Customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees may be collected by your local carrier before delivery or upon receipt of the goods.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, contact us within 2–3 days. Any claims or reimbursement will be at the carrier’s discretion.
