So my package was undelivered. For some reason the UPS claimed it couldn’t deliver, even though I have people at home all day everyday. No notes left by UPS at my door to say it can’t deliver.
So the costumer service reached out and say I must pay $100 re-shipping fee in 2 days or they will dispose my $700+ dress??? The customer service tires to say that’s the normal business cost. I don’t know who on earth would think this is reasonable. Using some common sense please. Anyways. Not sure if the dress is good, since I never received mine and I reject to be scammed to pay $100 for re-shipping??? I will never purchase on this website again. I don’t recommend anyone to purchase on this website. Before my review gets deleted by the merchant, I how as many people could read this as possible!
We’re sorry for your frustration, but the facts remain clear: UPS made multiple delivery attempts, left notices, and ultimately returned the package to us. As per our policy and standard industry practices, a reshipping fee was required to cover UPS return costs, a new shipping label, and handling. You declined to pay, and per policy, unclaimed packages are disposed of.
Additionally, your claim of a $700 loss is incorrect—you paid $594.15 for the dress and $35 for express shipping. We acted transparently and fairly throughout, keeping you informed at every step.
